We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Recruiter to join our team on a full-time basis.As a Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in helping us attract and hire top talent for our growing company. You will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews and making job offers.Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talentSource and screen candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, and networking eventsConduct initial phone screens and interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and fit for the roleCoordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managersManage candidate relationships and provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment processCollaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and develop job descriptionsUtilize applicant tracking systems to track and manage candidate informationMake job offers and negotiate salary and benefits packages with selected candidatesStay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment to continuously improve our recruitment processPerforms E-Verify processes for I-9 forms and reviews documents for validity.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related fieldMinimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in the technology industryProven track record of successfully sourcing and hiring top talentExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong organizational and time-management skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environmentFamiliarity with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment toolsKnowledge of employment laws and regulationsPassion for finding the best talent and building a strong teamWe offer a competitive salary and benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
