What You'll Do

As an In-Home Sales Representative, you'll meet with pre-qualified homeowners who have requested information about our remodeling services. Using our industry-leading sales tools and technology, you'll design customized solutions, present pricing options, and help customers bring their vision to life.

Responsibilities

Conduct professional in-home sales presentations with pre-qualified leads
Design customized bath remodeling solutions using our proprietary technology
Present product options, pricing, and financing solutions
Build rapport and establish trust with homeowners
Close sales and deliver a best-in-class customer experience
Attend ongoing training and development sessions to enhance sales performance
Maintain accurate customer and sales records

What We're Looking For

Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented mindset
Ability to confidently present and close sales
Excellent organization and time-management skills
In-home sales experience preferred
Home improvement or remodeling sales experience is a plus
Professional appearance and positive attitude
Reliable transportation

Compensation & Benefits

100% Commission-Based Position
