TEAM LEADER FABRICATION

We are currently seeking a 3rd shift Team Leader for our Fabrication department in Alton, IL. Our Team Leaders performs the duties required to assist the Manufacturing Supervisor in directing and coordinating the production of complex plastic parts.3rd shift position (11pm-7am).Starting at $32.00/hour and higher based on experience, plus $3/hour shift differential!Essential Functions:Works from program operational data, setup instructions and drawings; ensures set-ups, procedures and packaging used is accurate and efficient; and operates numerically controlled machines or manual fabrication tools to machine or fabricate plastics partsConfers with next shift supervisor to share information about job progress, procedures, etc. to ensure continuous, efficient production from shift to shiftChecks product to determine if the parts meet customer specifications, assists supervisor with sign-off on final inspections, researches quote vs. actual variance reports and reports results to supervisorAssists in reviewing and investigating machine shop department errors to determine Root Cause and Corrective ActionWhy you should apply:Competitive benefit package (Group Health & Dental and Vision Insurance)401(k) Plan with Company MatchShort-term Disability InsuranceLife InsuranceSubstantial paid holiday scheduleImmediate time-off earningsInterested in learning more about our benefits?
