What You'll Bring to the Team Previous leadership or management experience in a veterinary, medical, customer service, retail, or other fast-paced service environment. A strong track record of leading teams, creating accountability, and building a positive, high-performing culture. Experience implementing processes, improving workflows, and bringing structure and consistency to a busy operation. Strong business acumen with experience managing budgets, financial performance, labor, inventory, or other operational metrics. Direct P&L ownership is a plus.
