Trauma-Informed Milieu Director — Youth Residential Care
The Home for Little Wanderers
The Home for Little Wanderers in Walpole, MA is seeking a Milieu Director to lead therapeutic milieu programming for youth ages 13-19 with trauma histories, developmental delays and/or Autism Spectrum Disorder diagnosis. Under the Program Directors, you will supervise Team Leaders and counseling staff and oversee all therapy operations. This role requires strong leadership, trauma-informed care, and the ability to coordinate staff training, policy development, and crisis intervention. #J-18808-Ljbffr The Home for Little Wanderers
