Accounts Payable Scanner
$21 per hourIf you are detailed and tech savvy with experience in Accounts Payable, we have a project lasting 4-6 months in Lavergne, TN. This opportunity is first shift and the primary tasks involve scanning check copies and invoices into Onbase. This contract position is set to start immediately. - Scan invoices into OnBase and index
- Scan checks into onbase; file invoices, sort alphabetically
- Match check copies to vendor invoices; find missing invoices
- Match the ACH run with invoices and indicate missing invoices. Match virtual check run. Insert checks into envelope and give to staff accountant.
