With a mix of leadership, collaboration, and creativity, you’ll help drive the success of our programs while making a lasting impact on the lives of children.**What We’re Looking For:**We’re searching for dynamic leaders who have:- **5+ years of child care experience** (a must!).- A **completed 40-hour Director’s Training course**.- Knowledge of **Bright From the Start rules** and regulations.- A valid **Child Development Associate (CDA)** certification.- A **High School Diploma or GED** (Bachelor’s Degree in business administration or education preferred).- The ability to **build strong relationships** and lead with enthusiasm.- Experience working with children, plus leadership, flexibility, and collaboration skills.- Reliable transportation to ensure punctuality and consistency.**Key Responsibilities:**- Oversee the day-to-day operations and activities of the center.- Work with the Center Administration team to coordinate with staff, parents, and students.- Ensure students thrive in our programs, including after-school and physical activities.- Drive student enrollment and engagement in professional development opportunities.- Maintain open and positive communication with staff, students, families, and community members.- Support the Center Manager and Leadership Team with additional duties as needed.**Compensation:**Starting at **$33,000 per year**, based on experience.**Schedule:**Monday to FridayShifts between **6:30 a.m. and 7:00 p.m.****Join Our Team:**If you’re passionate about making a difference in children’s lives and eager to join a collaborative, joyful environment, we want to meet you!
