To find out more about Real Staffing Group please visit Job Description Duties & Responsibilities: • Routine molecular biology tasks such as PCR-based cloning, construct design, site-directed mutagenesis, expression vector engineering etc., • Expertise in DNA sequence analysis softwares • Cell assay development and testing of antibodies in such assays • Independently presents/defends scientific findings in project team or Department meetings • Actively participates in cross-functional teams/initiatives • Designs and executes non-routine experiments with minimal supervision • Independently analyzes and interprets experimental results • Independently proposes, follows up and troubleshoots scientific experiments • Demonstrates technical expertise as well as the ability to train colleagues • Independently writes protocols, SOPs, technical reports Desired Experience, Skills and Abilities: • Demonstrated knowledge of Molecular Biology techniques, hands-on experience with state-of-the-art tools like high-throughput construct design, ‘seamless cloning’ etc., • Demonstrated knowledge of Cell Biology techniques such as reporter cell assays, primary cell assays, assays for cell proliferation and apoptosis. • Preclinical development of antibody biotherapeutics in an industrial setting Qualifications Requirements: • BS degree in Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, Immunology, or related discipline plus at least 5+ years experience or Masters Degree plus at least 3+ experience (preferably in industry setting) • Hands-on experience in Molecular Biology techniques such as PCR-based cloning, construct design and sequence analysis • Hands-on experience in Cell Biology techniques such as reporter cell assays, primary cell assays, assays for cell proliferation and apoptosis. • Apply knowledge of basic theory and scientific principles • Concise and accurate reporting of technical data and information • Ability to troubleshoot and multi-task • Ability to work in team-oriented environment • Excellent written and verbal communication skills Eligibility Requirements: • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without restriction. • Must be willing to submit to a background investigation, including verification of your past employment, criminal history, and educational background • Must be willing to take a drug test and post-offer physical (if required) • Must be 18 years of age or older Additional Information All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
