About DigniFi:
DigniFi’s Point-of-Sale financing solution helps 2,000+ partners increase revenue, drive accessory orders, and decrease deferred repairs. We partner with dealerships and service centers to offer financing products at the point of sale for auto repairs, service, parts, accessories, maintenance packages, and more.

About The Role:
This position leads DigniFi’s internal IT operations, infrastructure, security, compliance, and employee technology experience. The role owns day-to-day management of internal systems, cloud-based tools, endpoint management, identity and access controls, IT vendors, contracts, and budget, while establishing standards and processes that support reliable, secure company operations.

A major focus is ensuring employees have a consistent technology experience throughout their lifecycle with DigniFi, including account and equipment provisioning, access management, onboarding, offboarding, equipment recovery, and coordination with the People team. The position also carries significant responsibility for SOX IT general controls, audit support, access reviews, security practices, incident response, and maintaining the company’s overall IT control environment.

The role serves as the primary internal IT leader and works closely with Finance, People, Operations, external auditors, contractors, and managed service providers. DigniFi is looking for someone with hands-on internal IT leadership experience, strong vendor and stakeholder management skills, knowledge of cloud productivity platforms and infrastructure, and familiarity with regulated environments such as financial services, fintech, or lending. The position is based in DigniFi’s Irving office.

Internal Systems & Infrastructure

• Manage and maintain DigniFi's internal IT systems, including productivity tools, communication platforms, cloud infrastructure, and endpoint management.
• Evaluate, select, and manage third-party vendors and service providers for IT services, software, and hardware.
• Own the IT budget and vendor contract lifecycle, ensuring cost-effectiveness and service quality.
• Establish and maintain IT standards, policies, and procedures that support consistent operations, security, and the organization’s evolving needs.

Employee Onboarding & Offboarding

• Lead the IT side of employee onboarding — provisioning accounts, equipment, access permissions, and system orientation for new hires.
• Partner with the People Team to define employee equipment needs and standard assignments, establish and manage processes for equipment procurement, deployment, return, and recovery, and evaluate and oversee vendors that support these activities.
• Manage offboarding processes including access revocation and data handling.
• Ensure a consistent, reliable employee experience from day one through departure.

Security & Compliance

• Own SOX IT general controls, including access management, change management, and IT operations controls.
• Coordinate with external auditors on IT-related audit requests and testing.
• Maintain and improve the company's security posture, including endpoint security, identity management, and incident response procedures.
• Manage access control policies and periodic access reviews across all systems.

Team & Stakeholder Management

• Serve as the primary point of contact for all internal IT matters across the company.
• Manage IT support resources, whether internal staff, contractors, or managed service providers.
• Partner with Finance, People, and Operations on cross-functional initiatives that depend on IT systems.
• Provide clear, regular communication to leadership on IT priorities, risks, and project status.

Who You Are:

• 5+ years of progressive IT experience, including at least 2 years in a leadership or management role.
• Experience managing internal IT operations in a small to mid-size company environment.
• Familiarity with SOX IT compliance requirements or comparable regulatory/audit frameworks.
• Strong vendor management skills — experience evaluating, negotiating, and managing third-party IT providers.
• Hands-on experience with cloud-based productivity and collaboration tools (e.g., Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Okta, Slack).
• Solid understanding of endpoint management, identity and access management, and network security fundamentals.
• Experience in financial services, fintech, or lending preferred.
• Prior experience coordinating with external auditors on IT general controls.
• Familiarity with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) at a management level.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, ITIL) are a plus but not required.
