About the Role
The Company is in search of a Senior Vice President of Marketing to lead and scale its customer acquisition engine. The successful candidate will be responsible for a multi-channel marketing strategy that includes organic marketing, direct mail, display advertising, and lifecycle marketing. This role demands a dynamic and data-driven leader with a proven track record in building and executing large-scale acquisition strategies. The SVP will be tasked with optimizing a multi-brand marketing strategy, leading a data-driven lifecycle marketing program, and collaborating with the business development team to maximize reach and share of voice. A strong background in budget ownership, P&L accountability, and revenue forecasting is essential, as is experience in leading cross-functional marketing teams. Candidates for this role at the company should have at least 10 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on paid media, organic marketing, and lifecycle marketing. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of customer behavior, a sensible creative aesthetic, and a passion for using marketing to help consumers make informed decisions. Experience in the media industry or financial services is a plus. The role requires a leader who can foster a culture of experimentation, stay at the forefront of marketing best practices, and ensure the team is aligned and empowered to drive sustainable growth. The SVP will also be responsible for budgeting, P&L accountability, and setting ambitious yet achievable goals for various marketing metrics.
