Job Summary

We are seeking a Bilingual CSR English/Spanish for a full-time, temp-to-hire call center opportunity in San Juan, PR. This role supports members by delivering professional, compassionate customer service over the phone, helping with membership inquiries, renewals, cancellations, account updates, and online navigation.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide professional, compassionate, and solution-focused phone support to members and providers.
- Assist with membership inquiries, renewals, cancellations, enrollment support, and account-related questions.
- Listen actively, ask targeted questions, and resolve customer concerns efficiently and accurately.
- Document customer interactions, case details, and resolutions in company systems.
- Research complex issues using multiple systems, databases, and internal resources.
- Help customers navigate online tools and websites while delivering a positive service experience.

Compensation and Benefits

- Pay: $13.00 per hour.
- Job Type: Full-time, temp-to-hire.
- Location: San Juan, Puerto Rico.
- Schedule: 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday.
- Rotating 8-hour shifts between 7:00 AM and 12:00 AM.
- Must be available to work rotating Saturdays.

Required Qualifications and Skills

- Provide bilingual English and Spanish customer support in a call center environment.
- Resolve membership, account, renewal, cancellation, and online navigation inquiries.
- Accurately document calls, review customer history, and research information across multiple systems.
- Apply customer retention strategies when appropriate during cancellation requests.

- 1+ year of customer service experience analyzing and solving customer problems, or 1+ year of office experience using the telephone and computer as primary work tools.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish, verbal and written.
- Intermediate Windows PC navigation skills.
- Strong computer skills with the ability to navigate multiple systems at once.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced call center environment.
- Strong communication, active listening, and problem-solving skills.
- Customer-focused mindset with a compassionate and professional approach.
- Strong attention to detail and accurate documentation skills.
- Ability to work 40 hours per week and maintain a flexible schedule.
