Senior Accountant

Solutions 360 is seeking a motivated Senior Accountant to join our finance team. This role is ideal for an early-career accounting professional looking to build a long-term career path toward Accounting Manager, Assistant Controller, and ultimately Controller. You'll take ownership of core accounting functions while gaining exposure to broader financial operations and mentorship from senior finance leadership. Our software platform Q360 is a tightly integrated system that handles all aspects of an Integration company's business from sales and proposals through to service and dispatch to invoicing and full accounting. Solutions 360 is a Private Equity backed company where you will get exposure to multi-entity accounting, Foreign Currency Translation and Remeasurement, and Acquisition accounting. As a Senior Accountant you will play an active role in assisting with consolidations, accounting strategy, due diligence for acquisitions, and post purchase accounting. Location Hybrid, 3 days in office (Lehi) Compensation Competitive salary based on experience. What You'll Do Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP Manage the general ledger, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and month-end/year-end close processes Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis Support external audits by preparing documentation and responding to auditor inquiries Assist with compliance with tax filings, regulatory requirements, and internal controls Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes, systems, and efficiency Partner cross-functionally with other departments to support financial reporting and decision-making Mentor junior accounting staff as the team grows Take on increasing responsibility over time, with a clear path toward managing accounting staff and processes What We're Looking For 2-3 years of public accounting experience Bachelor's degree in accounting CPA license, or actively pursuing CPA certification (candidates sitting for or studying for the exam are encouraged to apply) Strong working knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Strong communication skills and a collaborative, team-oriented mindset A growth mindset and genuine interest in developing into a future leader.
