Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.ResponsibilitiesAnswer customer inquiries and provide policy information.Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.Assist with customer retention strategies.Handle escalated customer issues.Train office team on customer service procedures.QualificationsCommunication and interpersonal skills.Detail-oriented and able to multitask.Previous customer service experience preferred.Bilingual Spanish preferred.Compensation: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year Azzy Abu-Omar - State Farm Agent
