The company specializes in ground-up commercial construction across K-12, Higher Education, Religious, and Municipal projects throughout the Houston market. With a strong reputation, a solid pipeline of work, and a focus on quality, this is an excellent opportunity for a Superintendent looking for a long-term home with a respected GC.

The Role

You will be responsible for the day-to-day field operations of commercial construction projects, ensuring work is completed safely, on schedule, and to a high standard.

You'll work closely with the Project Manager, subcontractors, architects, owners, and other project stakeholders to keep projects moving efficiently from groundbreaking through completion.

• Commercial construction experience with a General Contractor
• Strong experience managing ground-up commercial projects
• Experience across K-12, Higher Education, Municipal, Religious, or similar commercial projects
• Strong knowledge of commercial construction methods, scheduling, and site operations
• Ability to manage subcontractors and coordinate multiple trades
• Strong understanding of safety, quality control, and project schedules
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
