Pay: $24-$35/hour, based on experience and demonstrated skills Job Description: This will be for local commercial/industrial roofing repairs and re-roofs in the area, so you’ll have the advantage of being able to work near home. We’re a growing company with a national presence, and are big on promoting from within. Job Responsibilities: The following are expectations of our employees in this position: Deliver a quality roof using standardized work Solve problems as they occur Keep work area in 5S standard Safely perform standardized work Continuously improve the process Be at the job every scheduled day.
