Guest Service Agent (Front Desk)
Four Points by Sheraton is seeking a part-time with the potential to grow a full-time Guest Service Agent (Front Desk) for immediate hire. Come join a great team.
Duties:
- The candidate will be responsible for all aspects of the hotel front desk and the overall guest experience.
- Checking guests into and out of the hotel.
- Handling in-house requests.
- Communicating with other departments.
- Answering telephones within Marriott standards.
- Taking reservations for the hotel.
Requirements:
- Incredible personality - great smile - genuinely friendly.
- Prior experience is a plus but not required.
- Must be able to communicate fluently in English.
- Being visible present and standing for whole shift.
- Great organization skills.
- Dependable & reliable.
- Professional appearance.
- This position requires a flexible schedule including the ability to work various shifts, weekends, and holidays.
