Position Overview

We are looking for a talented and empathetic Sonography / Ultrasound Technologist to join our vibrant imaging team dedicated to delivering top-notch healthcare. Description of Responsibilities

• Conduct a variety of ultrasound examinations, including abdominal, obstetric, gynecological, vascular, and small parts imaging
• Prioritize patient comfort and safety during procedures, providing clear and compassionate explanations for every step
• Work closely with radiologists and referring clinicians to produce high-quality diagnostic images
• Operate and maintain ultrasound equipment, promptly addressing any technical issues
• Document procedures accurately and maintain thorough patient records within the electronic medical system
• Remain abreast of advancements in ultrasound imaging techniques and best practices

Education Requirements

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Diagnostic Medical Sonography or a related field
• Completion of a CAAHEP-accredited Sonography program is preferred

Certifications Required

• Current certification by the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS) or an equivalent
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification preferred

Skills Needed

• Exceptional technical skills in sonographic imaging and patient positioning
