The candidate should build user-centric, high-performing portal solutions aligned with ITIL processes while collaborating effectively with UX, administrators, process owners, and development teams.
Essential Skills: We are looking for a skilled ServiceNow Developer with strong experience in designing| developing| and implementing ServiceNow solutions. The candidate should possess expertise in ServiceNow platform development| ITSM processes| integrations| scripting| and workflow automation. The role involves collaborating with business stakeholders| ServiceNow administrators| and technical teams to deliver scalable and secure enterprise solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign| develop| and customize applications on the ServiceNow platform.Develop and maintain Business Rules| Client Scripts| UI Policies| UI Actions| Script Includes| and ACLs.Configure and customize Service Catalogs| Record Producers| and Workflows.Build and maintain integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and IntegrationHub.Implement Flow Designer solutions to automate business processes.Support ITSM processes including Incident| Problem| Change| Request| and Knowledge Management.Develop and maintain CMDB-related solutions and data integrations.Perform troubleshooting| debugging| and Root Cause Analysis (RCA).Ensure compliance with ServiceNow development standards| security policies| and best practices.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions
