Job Full Description

Distribution Supervisors oversee warehouse and distribution operations to ensure accurate shipping, receiving, inventory control, and efficient workflow within the facility.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily warehouse and distribution activities

• Lead shipping, receiving, and inventory teams

• Monitor productivity, accuracy, and safety standards

• Coordinate schedules and workflow to meet deadlines

• Train and support warehouse employees

• Ensure compliance with company policies and safety procedures

Qualifications

• Warehouse or distribution leadership experience preferred

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Inventory and logistics knowledge

• Forklift experience is a plus

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Schedule & Pay

• Full-time position

• Overtime may be required

• Competitive salary based on experience
