Handle all aspects of account servicing, including policy renewals, endorsements, and claims assistance. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, carriers, and team members. Provide expert advice and solutions tailored to clients' unique insurance needs, with a focus on agriculture and other industries such as churches, restaurants, manufacturing, and trucking. Utilize the Nexsure management system to maintain accurate records and streamline workflows. Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless operations and exceptional service delivery. Qualifications/Requirements 1-2 years of experience in commercial lines account management, with a proven ability to service accounts from start to finish. Familiarity with the Nexsure management system is highly preferred. Strong understanding of insurance products and services, particularly in the agriculture sector. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused mindset. Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
