Full-Time | Local | Pre-Set Appointments | No Cold Calling

Run 35 pre-set residential appointments per day. Close high-ticket electrical projects. Earn what you're truly worth. We're hiring competitive, coachable sales professionals who can build trust with homeowners and confidently present solutions that improve safety and functionality in their homes.

Compensation

• Top performers earn $150,000$300,000+ annually
• First-year reps typically earn $120,000+
• Monthly bonus programs
• $5,000+ sign-on bonus for qualified candidates

This is a commission-based role with strong earning potential for closers who can convert pre-set opportunities.

What You'll Do

• Run 35 company-provided appointments daily
• Identify electrical safety concerns and present solutions
• Provide clear pricing and close sales
• Coordinate install handoff to production team
• Complete necessary permit documentation
• Communicate with operations to ensure smooth project execution

Your primary focus is sales and customer communication our team supports execution.

Who This Role Is Ideal For

Qualifications

• Residential electrical experience preferred (not required for strong sales backgrounds)
• 2+ years journeyman experience strongly preferred
• Strong communication and closing ability
• Valid Driver's License
• Clean background & drug screen
