The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in the golf industry, exceptional leadership skills, and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service. General Managers generally work 40-45 hours a week in a varied schedule, working daytime, as well as evenings and weekends. Experience Required Extensive golf experience, working in the industry or playing the game Deep knowledge of golf equipment and industry Demonstrated customer-centric approach Outstanding communications skills with the ability to connect with a diverse range of golfers and colleagues Excellent time management, delegation, and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize effectively and meet deadlines Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment 10 years previous retail management experience, leading large successful teams 5 years of extensive involvement in the game Fluent in golf - equipment, the industry and the game Essential Responsibilities Lead and develop a team of approximately 40 sales, fitting and operations team members Deliver superior golfer engagement and build strong customer relationships Streamline operations by effectively implementing and maintaining core company processes Foster a positive, enthusiastic and collaborative work environment Benefits Competitive Pay Health Insurance 401(K) company match Paid Time Off
