Comprehensive Benefits 50% company‑paid health, dental & vision insurance for you and your family Retirement Plan 401(k) with company match Protection & Support Life Insurance, Short- and Long-Term Disability Career Growth Continuous paid training and professional development Team Culture Supportive, collaborative environment that celebrates your success What You’ll Do Prepare and maintain all job documentation for customer installations Process permits and schedule inspections with accuracy and timeliness Review and ensure all paperwork is properly completed and signed Enter and update customer information in the system Post install payments and invoices, and confirm all equipment details are correctly recorded Process rebate applications and register equipment warranties Scan, upload, and organize all documentation for easy access Communicate and coordinate between the Install, Sales, and Finance teams Provide top‑notch customer service via phone and email to customers and distributors What You Bring To The Team High School Diploma or GED Administrative experience — HVAC or home service industry experience is a big plus! Strong communication skills and a positive, professional demeanor Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment Proficiency with Microsoft Office; ServiceTitan experience preferred A proactive, “think ahead” mindset with the ability to adapt and solve problems Ready to Join a Company That Invests in You?
