What you’ll do As a Senior Software Engineer, you will be a key contributor to our core product, responsible for both technical leadership and hands‑on development. You'll be building and enhancing our core services, which handle over a billion API calls a month. This role requires you to be a versatile full‑stack developer who can contribute to all stages of the software development lifecycle, from architectural design to implementation and ongoing maintenance. Your Responsibilities Full-Stack Development: Build and enhance services using Node.js, TypeScript, MongoDB, and React. API Development: Iterate on REST APIs that handle over one billion requests monthly, ensuring they are robust and scalable. Customer & Operational Support: Bridge the gap between our customers and the engineering team. This includes debugging customer issues, identifying root causes, and developing internal tools to streamline operations like user management and reviews. Product Collaboration: Contribute to product design, optimizing user experiences and workflows. You will also plan features and estimate complexity in collaboration with the product management team. Customer Advocacy: Manage a portfolio of key clients, identify risks, and create retention plans. You'll advocate for customer needs internally to address product concerns and improve retention. What Will You Bring To This Role You are a versatile and experienced full-stack engineer with a passion for solving complex problems and a track record of building and shipping high-quality software. You thrive in a collaborative, fast‑paced environment and are dedicated to helping both your team and your customers succeed. 5+ years of hands‑on experience as a full‑stack software engineer, building both front‑end and back‑end solutions. Strong expertise in Node.js, TypeScript, MongoDB, and React . Proven experience with architectural design, distributed systems, and performance optimization. Proficiency in testing frameworks like Jest and Vitest. A proactive, results‑oriented mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
