General Manager | Fast Casual | No Drive-Thru
A high-energy, nationally recognized fast casual concept is looking for a General Manager who leads with purpose, develops people intentionally, and takes genuine pride in running a clean, efficient, guest-first operation.

What You'll Do
- Own daily operations end to end - team performance, food quality, cleanliness, and guest experience
- Lead, develop, and inspire a team of passionate individuals who take pride in the product
- Manage scheduling, labor, and P&L with a sharp eye on profitability
- Set and hold the standard on food quality, presentation, and speed of service
- Build a team culture rooted in accountability, teamwork, and genuine hospitality
- Drive sales growth through operational excellence and a guest-first mindset
- Maintain spotless, high-quality standards every shift without exception
What You Bring
- Proven General Manager or senior management experience
- Strong financial acumen including P&L management and budgeting
- A track record of developing people and building high-performing teams
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- A passion for guest satisfaction and operational consistency
- The ability to create a positive, efficient work culture that people want to be part of.
