We're seeking an Insurance Sales Rep to help individuals, families, and business owners find insurance solutions that fit their needs. You will prospect for new business, build lasting client relationships, and work alongside an experienced agency owner who provides coaching, training, and proven sales systems. This role includes career advancement opportunities, modern technology, and a clear path toward senior sales or management positions for high performers.

• $45,000 base salary with first-year earnings around $52,000 to $72,000
• Paid time off and paid holidays

Responsibilities

• Prospect for new insurance opportunities
• Conduct client insurance reviews
• Present quotes and close sales
• Build lasting client relationships
• Track opportunities using AgencyZoom
• Participate in coaching and training

Requirements

• Active California Property and Casualty License
• Active Life & Health License is a plus
• Bilingual Spanish is a plus
• Strong communication and relationship building skills
• CRM and technology proficiency
• Goal oriented with strong follow-up skills
