Regional HR Partner - Employee Relations & Leadership Coach

CB Partners, LLC is seeking a Regional Human Resources Business Partner to serve as the primary HR contact for its contingent workforce across an assigned multi-state region. You will provide hands-on employee relations support, coach managers through performance and conduct issues, and help resolve people-risk situations before they escalate.
