Job Summary We are seeking a professional and friendly Receptionist for a temp-to-hire opportunity in Miami Beach, FL. Key Responsibilities Greet visitors, clients, and guests while creating a welcoming and professional first impression. Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls promptly and courteously. Manage mail, deliveries, appointment scheduling, calendars, and reception area organization. Assist with data entry, filing, scanning, document handling, and general clerical support. Support office staff with daily administrative needs and help maintain efficient office operations. Perform additional receptionist and administrative duties as assigned. Compensation and Benefits Pay: $18.00 per hour. Salary range provided: $40,000 per year. Employment type: Temp-to-hire. Opportunity for potential long‑term employment.
