In this role, you’ll focus on providing one-on-one ABA therapy to a second-grade student after school, allowing you to dedicate your expertise and attention in a high-impact, manageable caseload. Qualifications:

• Current and active BCBA certification required
• Demonstrated experience with ABA therapy, preferably in a school or pediatric setting
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Ability to build strong, supportive relationships with students and families

Responsibilities:

• Deliver ABA therapy to a 2nd-grade student in after school sessions (12 total sessions)
• Design and implement individualized behavior intervention plans
• Track progress, document intervention strategies, and adjust plans as needed
• Collaborate effectively with caregivers, educators, and staff
