Key Responsibilities:

• Preparing and maintaining technicians’ schedules.
• Manage inventory.
• Assist customers with all questions and concerns a timely manner.
• Effectively communicate project status to the rest of the team.
• Communicate and effectively interact with customers, contractors and building owners.

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 2 years successive experience in customer service.
• Esperance in the security and fire alarm industry is a bonus.
• Team player and possess leadership skills.
• Regular, reliable, predictable attendance.
• Applicants must meet requirements in relation to background and driving record.
• Must have excellent communications skills, using tact and diplomacy when dealing with customers.
