Join Our Client as a Maintenance Engineer to pioneer the 10th-gen BWRX-300 nuclear power plant! We need experts with commercial nuclear experience, RCM/FMEA skills, and analytical rigor. Shape the future of clean energy with unparalleled safety!

• Lead the complete lifecycle of asset maintenance strategy development for various plant systems (MPLs) to ensure unparalleled safety and operational efficiency.

• Meticulously acquire, validate, and input critical nuclear engineering data into Asset Performance Management (APM) software.

• Conduct comprehensive Failure Modes & Effects Analysis (FMEA) to pinpoint and mitigate potential failure modes exceeding predetermined risk thresholds.

• Develop and optimize data-driven RCM strategies utilizing preventive, predictive, and condition-based maintenance methodologies.

• Collaborate closely with design and operations teams to continuously improve asset strategies using operational feedback, performance trending, and root cause analysis.
