Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients upon intake to evaluate their mental health status and substance use history.

• Develop individualized treatment plans that align with the clients' specific needs, incorporating evidence-based interventions and therapeutic modalities.

• Facilitate individual and group counseling sessions, utilizing therapeutic techniques to address substance abuse and emotional challenges.

• Regularly monitor and document client progress towards treatment goals while adapting plans as necessary based on feedback and assessment outcomes.

• Provide crisis intervention services as needed, employing strategies to de-escalate high-stress situations effectively.

• Collaborate with psychiatrist and psychologist colleagues to ensure comprehensive care and treatment integration for clients, including referral to ancillary services as appropriate.

• Maintain thorough and accurate records of client encounters and treatment methods within our secure electronic health record (EHR) system, ensuring adherence to legal and ethical standards.

• Stay informed of the latest research and developments in mental health and substance use disorder treatment through professional development and continuing education.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This position will center around a diverse population of clients, primarily adults navigating the complexities of detoxification and rehabilitation from substance use. Many of these individuals may also be coping with dual diagnoses, including anxiety, depression, or trauma-related disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n
