Lead business operations for a growing global Hedge Fund. General Responsibilities Coordinate with external counterparties and take responsibility for rate negotiations, Quant Research vendor relationship management and trading relationship management. Expand the use of AI across the organization to improve workflows and execution. Coordinate across teams to identify blockers, improve operating cadence, and advance strategic priorities. Help manage key external relationships, including brokers, vendors, institutional investors and other industry partners. Oversee outsourced providers supporting financial reporting, regulatory filings, compliance, and human resources. Build market awareness, maintain strong networks, and contribute to talent development. Work closely with the CEO, with the opportunity to grow into broader operating functions. Drive internal process design and continuous improvement to support efficient scaling. Skills and Experience Experience in a proprietary trading firm, hedge fund, investment bank, or similar. Strong knowledge of institutional investment businesses and associated technologies. Practical familiarity with AI tools and how they can improve workflows in technology-intensive organizations. Excellent judgment, independence, and strong attention to detail. Strong written and verbal communication skills across business, financial, and technical topics. Apply for the position.
