Accounting Specialist (Hybrid)I am looking to hire a full-time AP/AR Specialist for a reputable manufacturing company here in Franksville, WI (53126). This role will be permanent with benefits and is looking to interview/start immediately.Pay: $70k – $80k (based on experience) & Benefits Health, Vision, Dental, 401k, Tuition, PTO, Holidays, etc. Bonus: 5% (based on company and individual performance) Schedule: 1st shift, M-F Remote: Yes, 1-day remote on FridayJob Responsibilities:Prepare and post recurring and accrual journal entriesReconcile bank accounts and credit card statementsPerform account reconciliations and investigate discrepanciesSupport monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing processesProcess cash applications and maintain accurate AR recordsFollow up on outstanding customer balances and assist with collectionsPrepare and submit monthly construction draw applications to clientsMaintain accurate financial records and support documentationAssist with audit requests and other accounting projects
