Job Responsibilities: Provide outstanding customer service to ensure everyone who walks through our door feels welcomed and valued Book appointments and manage the salon’s calendar effectively Managing inbound and outbound calls with excellent phone etiquette Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner Utilize our POS system accurately to check in and out clients, collect payments, document client information, manage appointments, and manage memberships Assist with marketing and sales by educating clients on products, services, and promotions Job Requirements: Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience Minimum 18 years of age to serve alcoholic beverages Professional appearance and demeanor Ability to work well in a team setting A positive, and uplifting attitude is a must Ability to pay attention to detail and work in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication abilities verbally, over the phone, and in messaging Must be able to remain calm and professional in stressful situations Requirements Active cosmetology or barber license in the state of employment, reliable transportation, and availability aligned with the location's needs. #J-18808-Ljbffr Boardroom Salon for Men
