Sr. Manager / Director, Portfolio Finance & Performance

We are seeking a finance-led execution leader to oversee financial performance, cash discipline, and value creation delivery across our portfolio companies. This role sits at the intersection of finance, operations, and execution and is responsible for translating operating plans into measurable results.The ideal candidate brings a strong finance foundation, an operator’s mindset, and the ability to drive cross-functional initiatives without direct authority.What You'll DoOwn portfolio financial performance monitoring, including EBITDA, cash flow, and working capitalReview and challenge portfolio company budgets, forecasts, and operating assumptionsSupport valuation, covenant monitoring, and financing-related analysesTranslate operating initiatives into quantified financial impact and execution milestonesTrack realized vs. projected value and ensure results flow through GAAP and adjusted EBITDAIdentify performance gaps early and drive corrective action plans with management teamsPartner with Operating Partners and investment teams to prioritize initiatives and allocate resourcesEstablish clear ownership, timelines, and accountability without creating unnecessary bureaucracyPrepare and present concise performance updates for internal leadership and board membersServe as a thought partner to portfolio company CFOs and functional leadersProvide hands-on support during periods of transformation, integration, or underperformanceElevate financial discipline and execution rigor across the portfolio8+ years of experience in finance, portfolio management, or value creation rolesStrong grounding in FP&A, financial modeling, and cash flow managementDemonstrated experience driving cross-functional initiatives with measurable outcomesComfort engaging senior executives and challenging assumptions constructivelyAbility to manage multiple workstreams across several portfolio companiesPreferred: Experience in PE-backed operating environments, board-level reporting & presentationsGlencoe Diversified Holdings, LLC (“GDH”) is a conglomerate engaged in Specialty Chemicals, Insurance, Education, Energy Services, Manufacturing, and Business Services industries.
