This job post is exclusively for the role of staffing for these healthcare companies as a med tech.Job SummaryCertified Medication Aid (CMA), employed by Trinity Life at Home in Roswell, Georgia, plays a critical role in delivering personalized care to patients at home. CMAs assist in medication administration and provide support to medical staff, ensuring the well-being and comfort of clients.CMA Compensation and Benefits:Pay starting at $18-$20. per hour. Employment is PRN. Medical, dental and vision benefits available through Cigna if you maintain FT hours (32+/wk).Responsibilities:Administer prescribed medication to patientsAssist with personal care routines as requestedMonitor and report any changes in patient conditionMaintain accurate and detailed recordsFollow care plans and protocols diligentlyComplete shift documentation according to client's requirementsCMA Requirements:Valid driver's license and access to reliable transportationCompassionate and friendly demeanorPrevious experience working with the elderly or in a healthcare settingExcellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skillsHigh school diploma or GEDCompletion of a state-approved CMA certification training courseCurrent CNA and CMA certification in the state of GACurrent CPR certificationProof of negative TB test within the last 12 monthsAbility to think and work independently and with directionComfortable working in a fast-paced and sometimes stressful environmentGood bedside manner with a compassionate personalityTrinity Life at Home is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
