POSITION SUMMARY
The Logistics Utility Clerk is responsible for completing a variety of logistical and maintenance related tasks. Although many of the items are routine in nature the position requires the ability to remain flexible and respond to items that require priority attention should the situation warrant.  

• Logistics: Supply and tool replenishment for depot and field personnel.
• Manage supply levels for lunchroom and janitorial needs.
• Perform parts delivery and pick up both locally and out of town.
• Perform equipment delivery and retrieval both locally and out of town.
• Deliver vehicles out of town as needed.
• Complete scrap/debris removal.
• Shipping and receiving coverage as needed.
• Light duty electrical plumbing and lighting needs.
• Administrate and monitor all HVAC systems.
• Monitor maintenance on outside generator.
• Perform light building repairs
• Paint as needed.
• Perform non-routine janitorial duties as needed i.e. cleaning vents, carpets, windows, floors, etc.
• Administrate and perform general grounds tasks.
• Maintain and organize offsite warehouse bay.
• General office needs.
• Adjust schedule to accommodate business needs.

REQUIREMENTS

• High school diploma or GED; one or more years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Experience with AS400 systems is preferred
• 10-Key and Keyboarding
• Ability to use fax machine and copier
• Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills 
• Physical Demands:
  • Regularly required to stand, walk, sit, talk, write, and hear.
  • Reach with hands and arms and stoop, kneel, bend, crawl, push/ pull, twist and turn.
  • Frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
  • Occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
  • Must be able to meet all physical requirements up to eight hours per day.
