Corporate Recruiter

In this onsite Corporate Recruiter role in Addison, TX, you will source, screen, and hire qualified candidates for property positions while partnering with hiring managers to meet recruiting needs. Responsibilities Develop and implement recruiting strategies to identify and recruit high-quality candidates Manage the recruiting workflow, including resume review, initial phone screenings or first interviews, and scheduling hiring manager interviews Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs and build a high-performing talent pipeline Facilitate hiring events through Avenue5’s book of business Use social media and sourcing channels, including LinkedIn , job boards, and user groups Utilize applicant tracking systems and recruiting technology to identify ideal candidates quickly Source talent through onsite events, including industry networking events and hiring events Maintain data integrity by accurately and timely updating candidate information in recruiting technology Provide timely reports on recruiting efforts, employment activity, and recruitment effectiveness to property Perform other duties as assigned Requirements Education: High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred Experience: 3 to 5 years minimum experience (3 years minimum stated); 3 to 5 years of property management experience required Management experience: 2 to 3 years of direct management experience required Systems: Prior experience with Salesforce, Yardi Voyager, RentCafe’, RealPage, OneSite, and other equivalent systems preferred Compliance knowledge: In-depth knowledge of federal and state laws related to hiring and employment practices Performance: Track record of accomplishments and high-impact results Work style: Ability to work independently and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment with strong sense of urgency Interpersonal skills: Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills; ability to relate to others Tools: Intermediate knowledge of MS Office Suite including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel Deadlines: Ability to meet deadlines Execution: Strong organizational and time-management skills; ability to multi-task with attention to detail Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills Training: Required to complete and successfully pass the Avenue5 Fair Housing and Preventing Discrimination and Harassment training and other courses, if assigned Schedule: Maintain a regular schedule, which may require working outside business hours, weekends, and non-traditional holidays Travel: Ability to travel (including overnight) up to 25% Work environment: Exposure to an office building environment typically found in an office building Physical requirements: Lift, push, and pull up to 25 pounds; remain stationary, move around, reach, and position oneself as needed for extended periods of time Safety and observation: Ability to observe and detect signs of emergency through visual and/or auditory cues Communication/coordination: Ability to communicate and express or exchange ideas with others, convey detailed or important instructions to other workers accurately, loudly, or quickly; ability to perceive the nature of sounds at normal speaking levels Vision: Visual requirements including color, depth perception, and field vision Functional skills: Ability to compare, copy, coordinate, synthesize, negotiate, communicate, and instruct Stress and supervision: Ability to tolerate stressful situations; ability to work under minimal to moderate supervision Technologies Salesforce Yardi Voyager RentCafe’ RealPage OneSite MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel) Applicant tracking systems Recruitment technology LinkedIn Job boards User groups Equal Employment Opportunity Avenue5 is an Equal Employment Opportunity/Affirmative Action employer All qualified applicants receive consideration without regard to race, color, religion, sex, age, national origin, protected veteran status, disability status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, marital status, genetic information, or any other characteristic protected by law Accommodations Avenue5 will make reasonable accommodations to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential functions. #J-18808-Ljbffr
