We are ready and excited to find the right fit as our Clinic Director to lead the growing team at our newest, and brand new facility, Responsive PT Oceanport, located in Fort Monmouth. 

The ideal candidate:
- orthopedic experience and passionate about providing exceptional care in a private outpatient physical therapy setting
- strong clinician and leader with excellent interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills, a commitment to mentoring and developing their team, and a desire to continuously advance their clinical knowledge and expertise. 
- Thrives in a collaborative and team-oriented environment, and are dedicated to fostering exceptional patient outcomes, a positive clinic culture, and operational excellence. 

As Clinic Director, you will:
- lead by example
- support and develop your team, and promote a positive culture within the clinic
- oversee day-to-day clinic operations
- help drive the continued growth and success of the practice while maintaining the highest standards of patient care
- have structured administrative time in your schedule
