Job Title: Real Estate Agent – Zillow Flex Team

Job Type: Full-Time | Commission-Based

Location: Connecticut

Compensation: $48,000 – $196,000+ per year (performance-based)

The One Team CT — Connecticut's #1 ranked real estate team — is hiring a motivated Real Estate Agent ready to grow from buyer deals into a listings-focused business.

Through our Zillow Preferred Seller partnership and structured training program, we give buyer agents a clear, supported path to listings — without starting from scratch.

What We Provide

Zillow Preferred Seller Opportunities — Real seller conversations to help you build listing confidence and experience from day one.
Accelerate Training Program — Pricing strategy, seller consultations, objection handling, and negotiation coaching while you work real opportunities.
Full Backend Support — Marketing, admin, transaction coordination, and tech handled by the team so you stay focused on clients and appointments.
Proven Team Infrastructure — Connecticut's top-ranked real estate team. The systems are built. You plug in and grow.

Responsibilities

Work Zillow Preferred Seller opportunities and team-generated leads
Serve buyer clients while actively transitioning into seller conversations
Run appointments with coaching and structured support
Develop listing skills through real-world experience
Collaborate with experienced agents and leadership

Requirements

Active Connecticut real estate license (required)
Current experience working with buyer clients
Coachable, self-motivated, and open to accountability
Eager to grow into a listings-based business with team support

Compensation Benefits

$48,000 – $196,000+ annually
Commission + performance bonuses
