Bilingual Mandarin Field Sales Representative

Job Summary Field Sales Representative at AT&T delivers personalized sales interactions in customers’ homes. The role focuses on closing deals through demos, Wi‑Fi assessments, tech delivery, and issue resolution. Uncapped commission potential and a starting base salary in the $61,800–$100,000 range. Key Responsibilities Deliver scheduled appointments to existing and warm prospects, providing hands‑on demos and technical support. Negotiate and close sales, upsell AT&T products and services to enhance customer value. Maintain a valid driver’s license and use the company vehicle for official business. Work a varied schedule that includes evenings, weekends, and holidays to meet customer timelines. Required Qualifications At least 1 year of commission‑based sales experience; outside sales experience preferred. Proven success meeting or exceeding sales targets and using upselling techniques. Strong verbal communication skills and ability to build rapport quickly. Completion of a background check, drug screening, criminal history, and motor vehicle record review.
