We're seeking a Call Center Representative (Reservation Concierge) to join our team and play a key role in ensuring every guest interaction is seamless, thoughtful, and unforgettable.

What You'll Do:

• As a Call Center Representative (Reservation Concierge), you'll be the first point of contact for guests, guiding their journey from the moment they connect with us.
• You'll manage reservations, support event operations, and provide exceptional administrative and communication support to ensure smooth coordination between guests, leadership, and teams across our concepts.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

• Providing administrative support to the Reservation Concierge Manager Sales and Events team
• Managing reservations and guest communications with accuracy and professionalism
• Maintaining organized booking and account files
• Supporting day-to-day operations of the restaurants and ensuring timely communication
• Coordinating with leadership and operations teams to exceed guest expectations
• Supporting on-site event preparation and execution
• Managing shifting priorities with speed, poise, and attention to detail
• Acting as an ambassador of M Street's hospitality values at every touchpoint
• Assist with feature menus, celebration cards, and additional tasks as needed

What We're Looking For:

• Positive, guest-first mindset and strong communication skills
• Highly organized and collaborative team player
• Ability to work calmly and professionally under pressure
• Familiarity with reservation systems preferred
• Administrative or hospitality support experience a plus
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
• Receptive to feedback with a growth-oriented attitude
• Available for daytime and evening hours
