We are seeking a Call Center Representative for a temp-hire opportunity in Nashville, TN, supporting customers with home and auto insurance service needs. As a Call Center Representative, you will serve as a primary point of contact for clients, assisting with policy-related requests, documentation, account updates, and follow-up needs.
