Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain effective compliance policies and programs across all company sites.
• Monitor adherence to federal, state, and local employment laws, including wage and hour regulations.
• Conduct audits and investigations to identify risks and ensure compliance with meal and rest break standards and time and attendance practices.
• Partner with leaders to develop corrective action plans and promote a culture of accountability and ethical business conduct.
• Prepare detailed compliance reports and communicate findings to senior leadership.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Legal Studies, or related field.
• Minimum of five years’ experience in compliance, employment law, or risk management.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and compliance best practices.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Additional Information
