This is not merely a traditional sourcing role. Sterling Infrastructure is looking for an experienced Sourcer who brings creativity, market insight, and proactive sourcing strategies and a proven record of attracting senior‑level talent. This role sits within the Talent Acquisition team and partners closely with Executive Leadership, Business Unit leaders, and hiring managers to shape how and where we find experienced professionals including Project Managers, Estimators, Superintendents, and other key technical and leadership roles. Success in this role comes from thinking ahead, challenging traditional approaches, and building talent pipelines before the need exists. This is a role for someone who wants influence—not just execution.
