Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments to determine the specific needs of each child.

• Actively engage in the development and execution of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs) tailored to meet the unique requirements of children and their families.

• Monitor progress and outcomes through collaborative efforts with team members, ensuring that families receive continuous support and guidance.

• Provide tailored, evidence-based support to families, equipping them with essential tools and skills to foster optimal child development.

• Ensure compliance with all Federal and State regulations governing early intervention services, maintaining the highest standards of care.

• Build and nurture strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues, creating a positive and engaging learning environment.

• Design individualized treatment strategies that incorporate evidence-based practices and principles of natural learning.

• Implement a coaching model to facilitate learning within natural environments, enhancing both child and family engagement.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In your role as an LCSW, you will focus primarily on infants and toddlers facing developmental challenges. Your expertise in early intervention will be crucial in bridging the gap between their current capabilities and their potential. By working closely with families, you will help them navigate their experiences while providing guidance and emotional support tailored to their unique situations.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree or Doctorate in Social Work is required.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
