Junior Sales Representative

Golden West Collision Center – Sunnyvale, CA
Full-Time 8-5 / M-F

Golden West Collision Center is looking for an energetic, dependable, and customer-focused Junior Sales Representative to join our team.

This is a great opportunity for someone with strong customer service and phone skills who wants to build a career in the automotive industry.

Collision repair experience is not required. We will train the right person.

What You'll Do

• Answer incoming customer calls and return missed calls.
• Follow up with potential customers and open estimates.
• Help convert inquiries into appointments and repair opportunities.
• Schedule estimates and vehicle drop-offs.
• Respond to online customer leads.
• Log customer calls and follow-up opportunities in CCC .
• Use RingCentral to monitor and return missed calls.
• Assist customers with vehicle check-in and delivery.
• Maintain accurate customer information and follow-up notes.
• Work closely with estimators and management.
• Learn the collision repair and insurance claim process.

Customer service, sales, dealership, automotive, hospitality, insurance, or call-center experience is helpful but not required .
