Rare Disease Account Manager, Immunology Autoantibody Diseases - Oklahoma City (OKC & AR)

Johnson & Johnson seeks a Rare Disease Account Manager for the Oklahoma and Arkansas territory covering immunology autoantibody diseases. Responsibilities
- Drive territory sales performance and product demand to meet or exceed forecasts
- Develop and execute local healthcare market strategy identifying patient opportunities
- Analyze market data and build account-specific business plans for growth
- Coordinate cross-functional field partners and set local strategy priorities
- Build and manage customer relationships and formulary status with key health systems
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree minimum
- Five years pharmaceutical field sales experience with three years specialty or key account sales
- Strong clinical, product, and business acumen
- Proven consistent high sales performance track record
- Ability to travel up to 75% depending on territory
- Willingness to live in or relocate to Oklahoma/Arkansas geography
- Experience with large customer types or managed care preferred
