Shape the flow of customer orders in Santa Fe Springs
Step into our busy furniture operation in Santa Fe Springs, where your day starts by reviewing incoming orders, checking return requests, and answering customer emails with clarity and care. As the Fulfillment Order Operations Coordinator, you bridge customer expectations with warehouse execution—keeping information accurate, shipments on track, and returns handled smoothly.
What you'll do- Manage and coordinate order details, communicating effectively via email with internal teams and customers.
- Provide upbeat, solutions-focused customer service and assist with customer returns from start to finish.
- Use a Warehouse Management System (WMS) to look up orders, update statuses, and support order flow.
- Support shipping and receiving activities to ensure accurate, timely fulfillment.
- Apply solid computer skills to navigate systems, documents, and spreadsheets as needed.
- Computer literacy and confidence using email professionally.
- Customer service experience with a positive attitude.
- Hands-on exposure to a WMS (any system experience is welcome).
- Background in shipping/receiving and general warehouse operations.
